Awards Over $189,000 Moving forward under the banner of "For the life, love, and legacy," the National Scholarship Program of Dillard/Goldsboro Alumni & Friends, Inc. (DGAF, Inc.) has announced a milestone year in its mission to honor a legacy through community action. Thanks to an overwhelming show of community support, the organization's an- nual Giving Campaigns raised over $122,000. This collective generosity allowed DGAF, Inc. to award more than $189,000 in scholarships to 65 deserving students during its annual homecoming event DGAF, Inc. Alumni King/Queen Contest Returns Dillard/Goldsboro Alumni & Friends, Inc. (DGAF, Inc.) celebrated the triumphant return of its signature fundraising event, the Alumni King/ Queen Contest, during the Annual Scholarship and Awards Night program on Monday, May 21, 2026. Keshia Nichelle Smith was crowned the 2026 Alumni Queen, after raising a stunning personal total of over $23,000. "Winning the title was only a small segment of my goal," said Queen Keshia.
