Tonya Reaves and Austie Matheny of UNC Health Wayne will be at the Senior Center on Wednesday, May 13th, 10:00am to 11:30am to discuss how MyChart works and navigating the MyChart app. A discussion will follow on advocating for ourselves as patients or for others. It is important to understand advocacy strategies; such as, requesting printed instructions or alternative communication methods to ensure all patients understand their healthcare information.
