"While there are many milestones that are celebrated in all of our schools each year, there is nothing more exciting for a school district than its high school graduations," states Dr. Marc Whichard, WCPS Superintendent. "These ceremonies reflect the dedicated efforts and contribu- tions that occur in our schools across the grade levels by our classroom teachers, instructional support staff, student support teams, school administrators, club advisors, athletic coaches, parents, volunteers, and community partners. Earning a high school diploma positions students for greater success in life and in their next steps as they move on to college, the military, or the workforce. On behalf of our Board of Education and the entire school district, we wish all of our graduating seniors continued success in their future endeavors."
