Join us as we experience Scrooge's personal transformation from "Bah! Humbug!" to "Merry Christmas!" in our 10th annual production of this classic story by Charles Dickens. This year, Director Keith Parrish and Assistant Director Heath Radford have put together a fantastic production. There are some parts that will make you laugh, cry, and celebrate the meaning of Christmas. This year is our 10th, so expect some surprises and special guests. This year's Scrooge will be played by local actor and attorney Geoff Hulse. You might also see past Scrooge's in this production. It's a night for the whole family to come and celebrate the Christmas spirit. If Center Stage The- atre's production of A Christmas Carol has touched your heart or just brought you to the Paramount around Christmas, come and celebrate with us as we celebrate ten years of bringing Scrooge's story to life. Performances are Dec 8th at 7:30 pm, Dec 9th at 7:30 pm, and Dec 10th at 3 pm. Tickets are $15-$18 each. Despite advances in science, education, and medical expertise, every person eventu- ally dies. Death is universal to the human ex- perience. This realization brings some heavy questions… Why is there so much wrong with the world? Why is there so much suffering, poverty, war, and injustice? If there is an an- swer to these deep questions, would you want to know it? There is One who can answer all these questions. This One has existed since before time began and He appeared on earth about 2,000 years ago. This One, the eternal Answer, gives light to all our dark questions. During the weekend of December 15th-17th, a small band of local Christians from different churches will come together to reenact the arrival of this Answer on earth. We're a ragtag brotherhood who know and love the Answer, and realize that every person alive needs to know the Answer. So, we come together to present this great news to our cor- ner of the world. This Christmas 2017 marks a special decade for us. It's been our joy to take part in celebrating the birth of Christ this way. None of us is promised tomorrow. So today is the day to do what really matters in life. Celebrat- ing the Answer does. At the Paramount Theatre, Dec 15th at 7:30 PM, Dec 16th at 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM, and Dec 17th at 3:00 PM. Adults ~ $18, Seniors, Military, & Students under 18 ~ $13 Tickets for the Saturday Matinee are half-price. http://www.goldsboroparamount.com/child- of-the-promise/ CHILD OF PROMISE 2017 More Than Questions 15,000 STRONG FREE It's Fishing Time!
